How it Works:

1. Share the opportunity
Tell your friends, colleagues, or network about AirSimplicity and submit their details through the referral form on this page.

2. Referral signs on
When your referral becomes a client and signs a management agreement with us, you’re officially eligible for the bonus. There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make.

3. Get rewarded
You’ll receive the full $1500 referral bonus after your referral signs a management agreement with us and their property has been active for 60 days. Clients will see the reward applied to their next statement, while non-clients will receive a check.

What Properties Qualify?

Revenue Projections
Homes must be projected to generate at least $65,000 in annual rental income. AirSimplicity will prepare these projections for you.

Locations
We are currently seeking qualifying homes across Colorado’s most desirable destinations, including Denver, Boulder, Bailey, Fairplay, Golden, Evergreen, and surrounding areas.
